Statistics of beam-driven waves in plasmas with ambient fluctuations: Reduced-parameter approach

A reduced-parameter (RP) model of quasilinear wave-plasma interactions is used to analyze statistical properties of beam-driven waves in plasmas with ambient density fluctuations.
