Photometric study of the open cluster NGC 381

We present UBVRcIc photometry of stars, down to the 20th magnitude, in the region of the intermediate- age open cluster NGC 381. The core and the cluster radii are estimated to be 2.99 +/- 0.93 and 5.6 +/- 0.1 arcmin, respectively.
