High-Precision VLBI Astrometric Observations of Radio-Emitting Stars for Detection of Extra-Solar Planets

The displacement of a radio-emitting star around the barycenter of a possible planetary system can be measured by astrometric very long baseline interferometry (VLBI) observations.
