Stochastic Acceleration of Energetic Particles in the Magnetosphere of Saturn

Voyager's plasma probe observations suggest that there are at least three fundamentally different plasma regimes in Saturn: the hot outer magnetosphere, the extended plasma sheet, and the inner plasma torus.
