We have analyzed archival HST/WFPC2 time-series data of the central parts of globular clusters M13, M30 and NGC 6712 in search for variable objects. We derive semi--empirical log L/Lodot for 27 stars classified as SPB on the basis of Hipparcos photometry and we plot these stars on the log Teff-log L/Lodot diagram.
