Abstract
The problems of the radiative gas dynamics of the Martian space vehicles MSRO, Pathfinder, and Exomars-2016 are solved using the author's custom NERAT-2D radiative-gasdynamic code. The cause of considerable heating of the rear surface of the spacecraft by heat radiation in the Martian atmosphere is studied. Calculation studies of the spectral composition of heat radiation heating the front and rear surfaces of the SC were carried out, and the effect of catalytic properties of the surface on the results of aerothermodynamic modeling is explained.
