Direct demodulation image reconstruction of ME/EXOSAT Galactic Plane Survey.

Abstract
The authors have reanalyzed the ME/EXOSAT Galactic Plane scan observational data with direct demodulation technique. They have studied the discrete X-ray sources in the regions which were unresolved in previous analyses. Using the bootstrap method, they have analyzed the statistical accuracy of the results and determined the position and flux errors of these sources.
